SurfingRhino Return & Refund Policy
All Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
For all SurfingRhino Store returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any UPS drop-off point located across the US. You can find your most convenient UPS location using the following link:

SurfingRhino Restocking Fee
Items returned missing parts or damaged will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. All returns are photographed as they are delivered. All returns are opened and photographed as they are inspected. If you have an issue with an item, please contact our customer support at support@surfingrhino.com and notate any issues with the item prior to it being returned. You are not responsible for damages incurred in transit and are not subject to the restocking fee for damages caused by the carrier.
Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
To protect our employees and customers, SurfingRhino disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to us, please contact support@surfingrhino.com as soon as possible. We can not guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to SurfingRhino.
